Scope & Outcomes:

  • Led a network-wide assessment with 40 food banks

  • Conducted interviews and regional convenings

  • Explored workforce development, benefits access, local food systems, advocacy, referrals, and partnerships

  • Informed Feeding America’s economic mobility strategy

  • Identified opportunities for coaching, peer learning, grantmaking, partnerships, storytelling, and impact measurement

Workforce Development Framework: How can food banks describe workforce development outcomes in a consistent way—and better understand their impact over time?

Scope & Outcomes:

  • Developed logic models, outcome frameworks, and measurement approaches

  • Created case studies, reports, and communications materials

  • Connected programs to outcomes including employment, financial stability, power and autonomy, and community belonging

  • Established a shared framework for program alignment, evaluation, and learning
